I forgot the lightning effect behind her on the tesla coils, but her inspirations comes from the Frankenstein's monster, Wolfenstein and the band Deathstars.

Commander Vortex's structure includes:

Enhanced telescopic/microscopic infrared night vision
Tripled thinking capacity and enhanced reflexes
Enhanced elasticated and unbreakable skin, ligaments, and tendons
Thick armor plating of an artificial alloy that's 100 times harder than diamond & titanium mixed, melted, and folded together countless times over until completely indestructible

Too high sci-fi. She was created back in the mid 40's or so, and is a combination of early technology based on tesla coils, and old runic magic. :b

But then her super regeneration would not come into play, really. But enough to withstand a sniper rifle, and armor piercing bullets would just get stuck to the outer layers of muscle fibers.

Oh, her Super Regeneration will come into play. Couple it with her body toughness, and even tank shells, rockets, missiles, grenades, landmines, floating mines, and bombs won't be a problem for her.

Nah, I think she'll be a little more vulnerable than that, but you'd need a tank shell short directly at her to do real damage, yes. So the regeneration and the fact that she can feed on meat/bone/flesh/creatures/beings to regain it faster. Not to mention that she can get bigger by absorbing high voltage electricity.

So she can act as a lightning rod to draw power from the storm and can use her cannibalism to heal her wounds or injuries faster along with her Super Regeneration. Other than that, eating flesh or meat from any biological creatures or beings can also bolster her body toughness and muscle mass.

For a period of time, yeah. She needs to absorb voltage into her body to actually get bigger, and one of her strongest attacks is the 'Voretex', in which she literally sucks you up by breathing in so hard she creates an air vortex. She can also release the air as wind blowing at the speed of sound, and concentrated and warm enough to melt through most types of steel.

Wow! When you say one, you mean that she has more of her strongest attacks?

Another is when she's overcharged herself with lightning, and shoot it out from her right metal hand, able to shoot out millions of volts at a target. Though the target must be connected to the ground in some way, and musn't be clad in something that'll lead the electricity away from their body.

So it will work on a grounded opponent not wearing anything out of rubber, armor that can insulate electricity, anything with magic runes that can resist Lightning-based attacks, and best used against enemies that are aligned with the elements of Wind, Earth, or Water and it cannot work on enemies aligned with the element of Lightning/Thunder/Electricity. And yeah, an attack with that much voltage will overload an entire power plant.

Indeed. Though she can also such up all it's electricity, too, and cause EMP attacks by using her tesla coils to send a huge pulse, taking out or absorbing electronics' energy.

safe to say, it's ahrd to defeat her with mechas and technology. You better go for magic or very secured electronics at that.

Well, I doubt Wind and Lightning based magic will work on her. What about Earth and Water based magic?

*shrugs* Water may hurt her if shot at her hard enough, but otehr than that, I only see inflating her belly full of water to hinder her speed will work. Throwing a big enough and fast enough boulder may work, too.

Yeah, I meant Water Magic spells that pour water at her from above or shoot water from below, and Earth Magic Spells that shoot stalagmites or stone spears from below her feet, increase the pressure of gravity in a filed of effect, drop boulders on her overhead from the sky or summons a boulder that rolls and ricochets around the battlefield, and sometimes a certain spell that showers her with meteorites.

Water will really be the least effective, as it can be a threat to the caster too if she uses her lightning then. If the boulder isn't fast/big enough, she can just punch it to pieces, and kick away anyromling ones. Her booths are padded with siper hard steel plates, especially under, so store spires from under her feet won't work too well, either.

What about Fire and Ice based magic?

Fire might be more useful, and you may be able to freexe her, though she's able to produce a quite high body temperature, even if it does not make her stronger against flames.

So ice can do nothing more than delay her, and given that Vortex is like Frankenstein, she is highly flammable. What about Light or Darkness elemental attacks?

Not highly flammable, as her fur is flame-retardant, but not against very high heats. and I guess Light and Darkness might be the the best options at that.

Yeah. Seeing as she is undead and enhanced with technology and magic, she's practically strong against nature.

SHe's not technically undead, as she's resurrected, not reanimated. I don't think the Frankenstein monster is counted as a undead, atleast.

Yeah, but not reanimated. When it's not viruses, most zombies on a Necromancy level are bodies who are reanimated, a.k.a like walking dolls, not alive, but their bodies made to move around by their masters. Vortex in a way has a soul, and is more alive than dead.

Pfft, oh please, she could take out an entire army of those walking corpses, including any weapons they may have. They're one of her main baddies she deals with, anyways.

None, so far. Used to be a mummy jackal, before she turned mainly good, and became friends with her.

Her placement and roots and culture is what makes her unique. The only thing I'll say is that she's of a group of native people, but not as in Native Americans, even if they're more or less the same, and closer to the Eskimoes, but not exactley that either. more I will not say about her.

Probably because for her outfit the main inspiration was the guys from Deathstars and Wolfenstein, which both has outfits similar to the Nazi SS officers' outfit.

Well, Halloween is the 31th of October in most countries that celebrate it. :b

But I mostly celebrate this day if you dont lost your close people they are with you when they are live chatting you with when you was younger [*]

I know that, but as usual, this is more of the usual Trick or Treatin' part of Halloween, which always happends on the 31st of October, most places.

I am only curious if will bring & celebrate Thanksgiving too on the same day like Americans Celebrate. Of course I understand if others very like it that Halloween day but not many people have money or mood to celebrate every year.

It's not that much of an celebration here in Norway, Halloween. It's more like a night for kids to have fun, really.

And no, I will not be doing any thanksgiving specials, unless someone asks for it in a trade, or I accept an comission or request about it. It's not an Norwegian celebration, afterall.

Allright, only kids celebreate Halloween on my city. And otherwise I am stick on my Christian celebrations.
