Since Borderlands the Pre-Sequel is out, I think it's good to submit this project I have been working since the latter years of Borderlands 2.

Concept:
After me and a friend heard the "Voice of Maliwan" on the Sanctuary radio and see the "Borderlands 2 - Maliwan Weapons Video", it inspired me to visualize the gun manufacture "President". Since Maliwan is the elemental empire of the galaxy, I thought it would be best to design her as like any other corporate executive, but through in that sex appeal of a office secretary. Her design also show cases her as hopefully the last Siren or maybe a reincarnation of Commadant Steele since she was confirmed to be one. I chose not giver wings due to a set up like Lilith from the first game and Maya from the second game. In number 2 Lilth gets 1 wing for being slightly exposed to Eridium while angel gets two for getting a full dose of it.

Since sirens use different forces of elements, I think it would be best that she would have the ability to enhance elements or at least harness all elements to herself; the other option could be a sort of void ability that could act like the singularity grenades or nova shields. Her hand as well as hair would change color depending on her skill tree. Her right arm and faceplate cover up her Siren powers disfigurement

Motive:
With Jack taking control of the situation on Pandora involving the recent Eridium explosion from the first vault opening, Maliwan steps in to try and help manufacture Eridium into weapon designs as a way of a joint effort of both companies. But also cutting into each others agenda to finish off the remaining competitors such as the continued remnants of the Atlas Corporations hold on another location of Elpis. This story will be the last push to where Jack looses his trust in anyone and Maliwan will end up making him loose his own control over the Empire he trapped within himself. I would like to see the creation of the chamber that Angel was put into on Pandora, we need more Angel.

Personality:
From her appearance she seems very strict to her job, but from her dyed hair in the back you wonder what is up with that. I think giving her a split personality would be great for her as character builder. Best to explain is that she goes from a serious and patient representative to a punk/high scholar when ever she starts using her Siren powers, being all cocky and over the top with speech and motives.
