This started out as an artifact card image for my 'Beastie' card game, but it started to be more focused on the character rather than the item, so I just made it a character image. This will either be a familiar for 'Beastie' or a concept for a race in the 'Defender Project'.

The posing here may seem odd, but I actually used reference, but it may still need tweaking here and there, so this will probably be altered in the future.
Overall I'm very happy with the look. This was shaded in grayscale with color added in later.
