Figured I should post this while it's still current. I teach a variety of enrichment classes at Bismarck State College, my beloved alma mater. These include:
-Writing Your Novel
-Getting Published
-Jump-Start Your Writing
-Crafting Interactive Fiction
...and the college likes me! So they put me in the front of the course catalog.

I openly teach under my fursona at my alma mater, so staff totally know who I am. Sixes Wild: Manifest Destiny and Sixes Wild: The Bluff are in the college library and a massive print of the cover is in the alumni office (signed by Shinigamigirl). The librarians in particular think it's hilarious that I'm back as a Siberian husky professor.
My students (and former professors) are often a little shocked I'm not only one of those kooky furries, but also a popular writer in the fandom. And, in spite of what my friends and fans feared, I've yet to have anything but a positive reaction from my students. At least one student per class has Googled me and knows I write furry erotica, but I make sure to talk about everything I write right off the bat.

I am! We are working on which dates for which class at the moment, but it looks like I'll be teaching:
-Writing Romance
-Writing Mystery
-Writing Fantasy
-Jump-Start Your Writing (a 6-week, once-a-week class on )
The first classes will be starting in Feb. I'll let you know when the full schedule is up.
IN THE MEANTIME, you should take my class on writing interactive fiction and video game storylines.

It starts on Nov 4, so you totally still have time to sign up.
It would be super sweet to finally have one of my readers in a class!

You mean in terms of auditing, or the school doesn't charge for these classes?
I've looked into teaching workshops/classes with the Continuing Education department at two separate schools (the community college said yes) and both charge for their classes. Expensively I'd add - a single 3-hour class for one night only costs $50.

Enrichment is what we call Continuing Education up here. Sometimes they're covered by a local program or business, but the rest of the time they are a flat rate—though $35-75 is still much less than a typical college course. The other advantage is that students only have to clear a few nights of their schedule.
Continuing Education classes aren't for credit and don't require the student to be enrolled for the semester, so you really can sign up for the class and show up.

Per your keywords, I don't know if you're the first... check this guy out: http://www.furaffinity.net/user/tychoaussie/
He's a teacher at a college as well, and has been known to teach in full suit!

Either way, this is how I look when I'm teaching:

You don't have to be enrolled. Just sign up and show up.
You can sign up for the class here:
http://bsc.augusoft.net/index.cfm?method=ClassInfo.ClassInformation&int_class_id=11824&int_category_id=6&int_sub_category_id=10&int_catalog_id=0
We actually need 1 more student or the class is cancelled!

I don't know if I have the time. I work from late afternoon into the evening, Monday through Friday, and I'm living in Fargo! I can't go to school in Bismark without dropping everything. Sorry. I'd love to help you out like that, but it's asking a bit much. An online course would be different, but if I have to be there physically, I'm afraid I'll have to pass. Work comes first.
I can't wait to get down there and take those classes, right now I have one of the English teachers reading my stories and editing them. I can't wait to move out of this small town, and get down there and hang with other writers and compare ideas. Even take these classes to help improve my work.
It's only 2 nights: Nov 4th and Nov 18th, starting at 6pm and ending at 9pm. I could talk the administrators into letting you join us over video chat.
