Meet Echo. She is a Glaucus Atlanticus. The fuck is it, I'm right? Right? Yes.

Echo!!!

Echo is Flat chested, well... mostly flat, I mean... that not big breast! (She is over 18)
Also, she CANT fly. But she can swim faster than Tyffa!
...or not! :P
She is sort of "Voiceless". She cant talk. But Echo can do "Meep!" who can mean a long sentence! Only water type character who live with her can understand her language.

Oh! And she is VERY random! :3
