I'm so sad that I won't be able to make it to the NYSFA Falconry Meet this year :( It falls on the same weekend as Furpocalypse and I had to make the difficult decision between work (selling at a convention) or play (going on wonderful falconry adventures in NY state). Given the choice, I'd much rather go to the falconry meet, but alas, being an adult means I can't skip 'work'. :<

Either way, I had promised I would send a painted feather for their charity raffle as usual, and this year I've painted a Northern Goshawk. Goshawks are just so awesome, and they usually have at least one at the meet.
