Mammoth the mastiff mix a character I made for a canine rpg over on DA.

Mammoth has spent about 70% of his life locked up in his owners yard. Even now he's moved to Canidale and lives ( in the gardens) at one of the mansion houses ( he's not allowed in the house because drool) with their own little dock. He still lives a lonely existence, the only change being that he now has a larger area to move around and the gardener maybe pats him sometimes. He can't understand why his owners don't want to spend time with him or play with him or at least walk him, especially his teenage master.

The move over to Canidale has been hard on him, having previously lived in South Korea- all the sights and smells are foreign to him and the manor houses are more isolated that his old city house. At least in his old house people walked by- dogs passed now and then and he could say hello. Here, no one walks by the house and when they do and he runs eagerly over to the gates to greet them, they scream and wont come near him.

Being a dog that thrives on attention, he's finding the newer and even more confined life style very hard. Most of his time is spent sat by the house gates waiting for someone to pass or come home, or sitting down on the doc looking out over the water.
