I just find the idea of sentient, civilized dragons such an interesting new take on them! I gave this guy light platemail armor after some thought about combat style: it's not heavy enough to keep him from flying, or flapping his wings to help leap back from an opponent's swings. The armor has no padding whatsoever... because dragons have the benefit of thick, scaley skin (unlike all those warm-blooded sissies!) and don't have to worry about problems like chafing. (From 2006)
