Aww, I want one of the Wild Packs so badly, but I only have Super Street Fighter 4, and from what I know they only work with Ultra.

No, the DLC is definitely available in the XBox market. I don't know for sure if the wild packs don't work for SSF4, but I see people use skins I need compatibility packs for in SSF4 replays, but most people I've asked say it only works in USF4, but so far I haven't really found a confirmation on it. All in all, I'm not going to risk four bucks on costumes that may not work. I'll wait till I get USF4. It does't look too pricey online.
