Yep. It's one of those what if pics. I had a little thought of what would happen if NiNi found out that Raph was the Nightwatcher.

Anyways, NiNi is holding onto his helmet as he's bandaging himself from a previous fight.

My guess is that NiNi would assure Raph that she won't tell anyone especially Leonardo about this (this would be an example of NiNi and Raph's brother/sister relationship).

NiNi: "I understand your intentions, but I just think you're taking things a bit extreme. I can't stop you from doing this, but please be careful, Raphael. It's bad enough that Leonardo is gone - I can't bear to lose anyone else..." [She's referring to the fact of Leonardo being in his pilgrimage]

Raph: "...heh. Yeah. I'll be careful, 'baby sister'."

I'd write a fanfic blurb, but I suck at writing. -shrugs- Maybe I'll try one day, who knows. Anyways - I had that sketch idea in my mind for a looong time.

I swear, I'll make non-sketchy/colored pics as soon as I feel inspired to do so.
