Nah, they've got:
Eels, Space Dragons*, Living Crystals, Space Hydras, and um... I think that was it...
Sometimes there's a random event where a space monster (usually a hydra) attacks a system and feeds on ships going in/out of it.
*There's also a random event where a 'mercenary' space-dragon arrives and will attack an enemy of yours if you give it something, usually a lump of cash.

Dunno if it's on Steam though, but I kind of doubt it. It's a DOS-era game after all.
I wouldn't get too terribly excited though, if you're expecting a vore scene heh. It's a fantastically fun game though!
