Not at all. she can make her own oasis with that water orb at her tail. Since the artists gave the theme of Oasis, we can think about desert, sand and water. So her, using water along with the sand, can actually make mud. Even mud has water so its like that she can create some oasis spots before she leaves the place and making that Oasis she created to be there or simply making it disappear, like if nothing happened to that place.
