Three years have passed since Anselm's death. His daughter Vellana is now a cheerful six-year old girl, a little troublemaker full of energy. She's always running around the castle, pranking everyone or stealing their diaries. Secretly, though, she's very interested in studying magic and, who knows, maybe she's got some talent and will surprise everyone?
Tyris, on the other hand, is a 3-year old son of Maritia Toorus. As almost every little boy, he's very curious, eager to learn and always asking lots of questions. He seems to have some talent in shamanism, but, due to his young age, that is still yet to be determined. Maritia's raising Tyris as a single mother. She's aware of who the father is, but chooses to keep that a secret from her family.
Shortly before the infamous Journey to the Centre of Galaxy, Anselm asked his then 3-year old daughter to take care of her mother and cousin (Tyris was a newborn back then). During the climax of the journey, Anselm sacrificed himself in order to save the others. Vellana only has partial memories of that time. However, she treats her father's request very seriously, thus, she and Tyris are almost inseparable.
How can they be cousins, you ask? Well, they aren't related. However, both Anselm (and his three siblings) and Maritia were raised together as kids, so they treat each other as brothers and sisters. I guess that's enough for Vellie and Tyris to be cousins. ;)

Like Elmo Peterson's sister.
WARNING: Personal fan-fiction referenced here.
Elmo found a baby skunk in the woods and adopted it as a pet. He named her Citronella * .Unknown to him and his parents, she was infected with a strange virus that was mutating and evolving her. She was transforming into a humanoid, and the last stage was the loss of all fur except the scalp and the tail.
Some unknown party at least twice took DNA from Elmo's mother (disguised as normal medical tests) and used it to upgrade Citroonella's DNA, thus making her Elmo's sister for real. Thus she will have a full human lifespan, only 2 breasts and other incovenient animal aspects will also disappear. Her face does look like a chipette's, and her tail and skunk ability has not changed.
When she uses her power, it is always off-screen: it is disgusting.
I have not done any stories with her or her humanoid friends in 18 years. Several reasons, including my artistic ability not being able to express my vision, and because I met with a negative fan response. My postings on InkBunny ** have met with very poor, virtually no, commenting. I was also insulted and betrayed by supposed fans 18 years ago. I have worked on a huge text fan-fic but finished it and burned out.
* In a mall in Florida, I saw baby skunks in a pet store and,in the same mall, citronella insect repellant on sale. It was a kind of imprimatur.
** I have not been able to get my work posted on FurAff and lately, been given a crap message when I tried ti post such on DevArt. So my work now goes on InkBunny. Once I get a good windows 7 laptop ...

You may fiind me on InkBunny (and DevArt) as EmmetEarwax. I HAD used this monicker here, Had. A glitch caused by a power outage one day caused this website to reject my old account with a crap message. I finally, after trying to reset the password met with an uphill fight ,and constantly changing instructions, gave up and created a new account altogether. So - I am NOW VictimVictor.
