On dirait qu'il est maintenant produit avec du lait pasteurisé maintenant, c'est bien dommage...

I'm quite a fan of cheese myself, but I have to keep consumption down because it's just so fattening. I usually go for the blue cheeses - the sharper, the better.

I eat cheese (mostly produced with unpasteurized milk) everyday.
It might somehow explain why I am overweight...

Personally, I think there is no such thing as a bad cheese. Well, except Casu Marzu.

Casu Marzu, the (in)famous Sardinian cheese!
It is forbidden in the European Community...
It is almost impossible to find it in Paris.
I even wonder if I would ever try to eat it.
I know that maggots aren't dangerous, yet they look disgusting!
It is like a psychological wall: I cannot eat (living) worms.

Indeed! I'm not so much squeamish over that maggots, as it is my understanding the cheese can be toxic, which is why the maggots are key to it's edibility. On the wiki page, it doesn't list it as band in the U.S.A. but I would imagine it is given it contains live animals inside it.
