Hey, I know this is really random, but I just inadvertently may have figured out a way to get rid of the black background [the issue we were discussing a while ago]. I just posted a file with a transparent bg and FA put a black background on it. So, I resubmitted the same exact file without changing a thing, and the site made the background appropriately transparent.
