info:
Sea lichens are enormous smooth lizards that are similar in feel and appearance to a salamandar and a axolotl, as babies they fit in your hand. as adults they are easily the size of a very large house cat. they are amphibious and are happy in water or trekking around on land. their diets mostly consist of bugs, small fish, frogs or even tinyier lichens.
they have enormous appetites and sometimes will eat non food things, if none is available.
they are VERY smart, and as pets probably even smarter than dogs. they attach to one person, and learn people talk fairly quickly. they cant talk themselves, but make sounds varying from clicks, chirps, gurgles, squeaks, hisses, screeches and squeals. they dont understand individual words but they kinda get the gist of it. like what you want them to do, or if your angry or happy or sad.
they run waddle. its cute.
females lay jelly eggs. like a salmons egs. they will find a shallow water area, like a puddle or a muddy area, and make a nest. out of mud, twigs, grass and junk they find. they will lay their HUNDREDS of lil eggs the size of dimes into the nest and guard them. it takes about 4 weeks to hatch, and when they do. they all follow CLOSE to mamma. hundreds of lil tiny waddling babies race after her.
