it has been quite awhile since ive posted, so i decided to fill the gap with a nice scene of some Austrian Fusiliers. there is ALOT wrong with this picture, but its still alright enough to put up IMHO, so alright.

Yeah, some reenactors are funny looking. But I doubt people would laugh when they got a rifle bullet through the skull. Apparently they were lethal marksmen. Even the British riflemen and German Jagers had a healthy respect for them, and they could move a lot faster than msot infantry and cover far greater distances, about the same as light cavalry.
