A commission for my friend David,whom I met through 
heywulf . David asked me to create another piece for his Anthro-themed X FILES fanart book, THE X-FURS. Being the long time science fiction megageek that I am I jumped at the chance,as I don't get to do SF themed art very often.David wanted a scene of FBI agents Mulder and Scully encountering.....Bryanna Bunny and D-23?? O__o

Being the long time science fiction megageek that I am I jumped at the chance,as I don't get to do SF themed art very often.David wanted a scene of FBI agents Mulder and Scully encountering.....Bryanna Bunny and D-23?? O__o Just imagine...all those years Mulder was saying "The truth is out there",and the truth turns out to be a statuesque purple-haired rabbit girl! O__o My biggest concern was whether I could accurately render the likenesses of David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson...I didn't want to be a lazybones and trace them,but I did print out a few photos to refer to while drawing them..I think I captured them pretty well...opinions? One of the elements of THE X FILES I enjoyed most was the jump out of your chair creepiness,much in the tradition of another old favorite of mine,THE OUTER LIMITS. That made this piece a challenge. I didn't want to do a parody ,so my normal rendition of Bryanna Bunny...cute,sexy and silly,wouldn't fit here.By the same token,I didn't want to turn her into some hideous human liver eating mutant,either,so I decided to design a completely different version of her...still sexy,but more physically imposing and with a menacing demeanor that could suggest hostility. Now that I've finished,I'm actually thinking that this could work very well as a "future" version of Bryanna...say she's in her late 20s,maybe 30. Something terrible has happened-perhaps Alphalpha Centuri, her home planet, has been attacked or even conquered,and she is no longer the sweet happy young girl she once was,but a hard-bitten soldier. It also gave me the germ of an idea for a story where Bryanna might somehow meet her future self,and perhaps mount a desperate attempt to avert whatever catastrophe will befall her beloved homeworld.Oh,and D-23 is now "D-29"...almost forgot to mention that. Nice work, as a Sci-Fi fan, I really like that too. I also watched X-Files, back at the first few seasons. It later turned bad and jumped the Shark, but the first 3 or so seasons where really well done. Nice pic, I really like it. Say, wehn are you going to post my commission?

Yeah,it wasn't so good during that whole time Mulder went missing.....I'm glad to see all the recognition of my nods to Akira Toriyama...I'm currently reading and collecting the original DRAGON BALL manga,and I still enjoy the DB and DBZ Anime series. Actually,I was going to ask if you preferred to post it in your own gallery ?....I've had people want to do that with work I've done for them from time to time.

Carrington: "Did you ever heard of the SSS? The Saver of the Sun System? They are a sect with the intention to get Alien technology into thier hands because they belive its the only means of survival of the human race. They would do anything to get that alien and the spacecraft into thier hands, they would even kill."
Scully: "He is right Mulder. They are a fanatic sect. I read some reports about them, they are very dangerous."
Mulder: "General, who is taking care of the SS?"
Carrington: "A cunning man, Commander Robert Morane.."
Mulder "You have to tell the public that they are here! You cant lie to them no more!"

Well, that is not the problem. I could provide you all the info about XIII and Bob Morane you need. Also, if you can draw Mulder and Scully, then you can draw General Carrington (he is from XIII) that looks like Lee Marvin and Bob Morane (he was drawn by the artist of XIII, now his assitant draws Bob Morane).
Just let me know, I can give you pics, wiki articels, fan and offical sites etc, etc. You are more qualified then you think, its all a matter of getting the nessecary informations.

Actually,I did know that...someone even made a documentary about it...NAZI UFOs....from what I understand,the goal was to perfect a light,improved speed and maneuverability aircraft with vertical takeoff capability. Mercedes-Benz was responsible for the engine design,and apparently there's a couple of them stuck under the polar ice cap.
And suddenly the horror spread to Maulder. Pure fear gripping his soul and pain his heart. He knew this feeling, he had felt it before during many strange happenings during the years of research and trying to find the "answer". He felt slowly to the ground, grasping for air. Scully screamed as Maulder fell, quickly going down on her knees to shake him. Reaching up his arm, she quickly grabbed it. He whispered silently into her ears
"F...f..f-fucking.... furries"
then Maulder was zombie.
