Silk Fist is becoming quite adept at Hakka Kuen and Southern Dragon style Kung Fu, and rope dart techniques. While wearing the Silk Cloth he has the innate knowledge of the styles.
Can perfectly mimic a martial arts feat he sees once a day
The silk shirt he wears can move to create any outfit he sees once a day
The dragon Hailung can advise him on what to do and move across the shirt to watch Silk Fist’s back.
Hailung can also drink water and turn it into a close ranged steam breath weapon

Strengths:
Silk Fist is a quick learner with a talent for comprehension on just about any subject.
He can almost always count on Hailung’s wisdom and the dragon’s protection
He is becoming a better fighter everyday
Weaknesses:
Without the Silk Cloth he is just a chubby otter who has seen lots of martial arts movies and is a beginner level martial artist.
He has the ‘Aren’t you a little too short to be a Stormtrooper?’ issue with his ability to mimic other’s outfits, as the cloth changes the outfit, and not his body.
Hailung and Silk verbally talk with each other, so it's hard for Hailung to instruct when stealth is needed. Also it weirds people out to see a dragon moving along the surface of a Hawaiian shirt and talking.
Hailung's 'auto pilot' of Silk's body only lasts 15 seconds a day.
Bio:
Fedele Marino Jr. is the son of millionaire businessman Fedele Marino Sr. The owner of Marino Fishing and Import. Junior grew up idolizing his father and doing his best to impress his father. And being the sole heir of the family riches, his father did everything to make sure his son succeeded. The two were as close as father and son could be, and on Junior’s 16th birthday, his father gave him a Ferrari sports car that had been on the boy’s wall since he was 5.
The only thing his father did not approve of was Junior’s martial arts film obsession and his son making cosplay outfits. The first because it promoted violence, the second because his father believed a man shouldn’t be making clothes and furthermore his father believed his son could buy the outfits he wanted with a fraction of his allowance.
But this was a minor deviation. Fedele had never received a grade below A since he started school, and already had colleges lining up with offers for the prodigy. No father could be more proud of a son, and no son could love a more supportive father.
That all changed when Junior overheard a meeting between his father and a known Casino mobster about a coming shipment of ‘special’ goods. Using his position as his father’s son, Fedele went to the import warehouse and snuck in to find crates full of live endangered animals, black market goods, and women in animal cages. All of them meant as prizes for an underground casino.
Fedele was outraged that his father would be involved in such things, but before he could escape to the police, the mobster with several enforcers entered the warehouse.
Fedele hid in a large crate labeled from China’s southern province, and it was there in the box, he would meet the ancient sea dragon Hǎiyángránshāolung.
As he fought to remain quiet while the mobster and his goons started to move the merchandise he noticed the box he was inside was oddly hot. When he accidently moved in the box, one the mobsters heard and approached. It was then the dragon struck the teen…for his own good. The silk enveloped the teen, silencing him and covering him. He struggled but the silk had the strength of a true dragon. When the mobster opened the crate he found a pile of rare silks, stolen from a Shaolin temple and then stolen again from a Chinese museum. The mobsters gathered the women and some of the goods and left. Leaving dragon and otter to get know one another.
The dragon told of how it had bound itself to a sash of silk cloth to avoid dying of old age, and protected by an enclave of shaolin monks. The otter just wanted to save the women and stop his father. So they came to an agreement. The dragon would teach the otter the ways of kung fu, and the otter would wear the silk. And thus Silk Fist was born.
Using the clothing manipulation and the dragon’s steam breath, Fedele worked to uncover the hidden casino and his father’s true position as a Don in the mafia. Silk Fist then took out the guards one by one before calling the police anonymously. It wasn’t too long before Atlantic City PD had his father in chains. And the illicit parts of the company were demolished. And neither his father, nor any of their associates were the wiser that they had fallen because of Junior.
In prison his father implored his son to keep control of the business until he could get out. And that this was all an honest mistake.
Junior agreed, but secretly works uncover all his father’s dealings to keep him behind bars.
Silk Fist is an unregistered hero, not out a dislike of the BOS, in fact he really wants to register and join, but fears doing so will expose to his father just who he really is.
Now he runs the legitimate company as a young CEO, becoming a ruthless businessman by day, and superhero at night. He has used his sewing skills to turn the silk cloth into a silk button up Hawaiian shirt to better wear the dragon.
Personality:
Fedele is a confident and very bright 16 year old prodigy in business and technology fields
He loves martial arts and action movies, especially the Chinese ones
He also loves cosplaying and dressing up as other heroes both registered and unregistered
He has a lot of responsibilities and expectations and just wants to shirk them and go goof off with friends or patrol with another superhero.
He used to love being called Junior, but now he absolutely hates it.
He also doesn't like it when Hailung controls him without permission.
Hailung is wise and powerful, but was ultimately a coward, imprisoning himself in the silk rather then face death.
Hailung also comes off as a grumpy old man, way behind the times. But he does have a heart and loves the fact he is in the hands of a good person. And being out of that stuffy crate is so liberating.
Hailung also vehemently hates moths.
