Boy do you lose a lot of detail going from 500 to 85 pixels. Also had to cut a few frames out to stick to the 25k size limit. Here's the full version.

I should build me a working proton cannon.

You know, firing a weapon that is twice the size of you and not mounted...usually ends up in pain XD
Next time, I recommend the instructions, always good to read before operating proton cannon~ heheh

That's not what he -really- says, is it? I always heard it as 'Here's my Sunday's best!', but I thought it was just my brain playing tricks on me XD

It's a reference to the fact that people would wear their best clothes to church on Sundays.

And, of course, being the freak I am, that made me think of 'Put on your Sunday Clothes', which made me think of Wall-E, which made me think of Wall-e with a Proton Cannon.

...which would have a very similar result as your animation XD

War Machine has Proton Cannon as a super combo and always had that line "Here's My Sunday Best" before he let loose with the firepower. That my favorite move of his. His other super combo was the rockets raining down on his foe. All the MVC characters have at least two super combos. In MVC 2, all have three supers.

Iron Man had the same attacks. Maybe it was in a different game, but I'm almost positive War Machine had a Proton Cannon-like attack, but it shot rockets instead of a beam. Either way it's not really worth losing sleep over it. xD

War machine had a proton cannon but it shot missiles. Iron Man has the beam. This is in MvC2 though...not sure if War Machine was even in MvC1?

If that's what happens when you handle a Proton Cannon, then you should definitely be forbidden from holding the Proton Launcher. You would level everything around you.
