I wanted to do a tribal image but I didn't want to go for the old hat Native American theme. So I decided to go for an African Lion Zulu Warrior. I had never drawn an anthro lion so it was fun to try something new. This image did pretty well I sold out of most of the prints.

This one was inspired by the work of comic artist John Romita Jr work on Black Panther
