By th' look o' 'Er, I'm guessin' she's a 4-4-0 "American" type replica. ...The Locomotive, not Holly. Anyway, it looks like the lower legs of the photographer are reflected in the large "Orb" on the locomotive's smoke stack.

That's a good guess. It's very popular at small amusement parks to have little locomotive powered by gasoline or oil. Old fashioned steam power can often be unpredictable, difficult to maintain, and sometimes dangerous. Still, it's a big kick to watch small children as they watch what they believe is a stream train pull into the station. My friend Jim builds live steam miniature locomotives and whistles for scale locomotives, and once when we visited an Apple Ranch in Northern California, as soon as that compressed air whistle he helped install sounded off, folks came from all over the park to see what made that noise.
