You'd have to ask the commissioner, but from the sound of it, they're wild hornets under Actinide's control rather than self-aware anthros.

You know, when you claim yourself to be a "monarch" of anything, OVER anything - there's bound to be someone who disagrees.

It's just rare when those people are over twice your size. And are wasps.
No one argues with wasps.

Of course. And it's not particularly surprising - kingship means very different things to these characters.

It amuses me that the size difference is reversed in the real species.
