There was a forest between two cities. It had nice views, tall mountains, and a...dragon being thrown face first into a rock. He staggers up facing I its target a smiling vixen with black hair and a blond streak wearing a white shirt, jean jacket, black pants, and an axe shaped guitar strapped to her back.
"Come at me bro." She taunts
The 9ft size beast charges at her. She pulls out guitar a and strums a string so high pitched that it flitched then from a distance she swung her weapon sending an energized slash that toss him back a little more. He gets up and spits a large fire ball at her. She smiles and swats the 3ft fireball at the ground and watches the flames stream into her guitar as she walks forward to the dragon. Now feeling intimidated by his choice of prey the creature flies. She let's him go after all he attacked 1st.
"Be sure bring friends next make it a challenge!" She yells as he gets farther. She walks away facing the sun set and gathers some fire wood easily since she had an axe. After a short blade session on a small tree, she lays them down and pulls out some fire that she got from the hostel dragon from earlier to light it up.

With the well lit fire below, she climb up a nearby tree and rests on one of it's large branches. She plays herself a lullaby with her guitar before sleeping. Whenever she closes her eyes she sees energy signatures from from living things and some other sources like her fire move 360° around her, making it hard to sneak up on but it also means she can't dream.

She noticed a flash in energy and woke up to see that is a bunch on small flashes in the far distance. She gets up and makes her approach. Strangely she feels like she seen them before.

Meanwhile at the flashes their was dragoness trying to fend off an attacker. A male fox with ragged clothes, and a psychotic smile.
"YYYYEEEESSSSSS!!!!!" he yells as she spews a fire at him. But before she could blink he ran around and stoked her with a sword longer than her made with pure light. Before she could recover from the flinch, he then knocks her into the air and rushes at her on, surfing on a track of pure light ( think iceman but with light) rapidly striking across the belly with his light sword. She feels his weapon painfully burn the webbing on her wings and though the scales on her body. He suddenly stops then goes around does a kick slam sending her back down at light speed internally injuring her to near death. Hardy breathing she looks to what she is protecting, her little hatchling, the only baby that hatch from her nest. She sees the fox return, to weakened to keep fighting and slowly dying.
"UUUHHHH!!!" he yells
"I THOUGHT YOU'D BE A CHALLENGE !!! I WANT TO FIGHT SOMETHING STROOONGER!!!" he storms off at light speed. Luckily he's wasn't interested in the hatchling who was trying to comfort it's dying mom. Then it hears a noise coming from the bush and he sees it's another fox it growls ready to fed off the a creature 7 times it's size.

When she gets to where she saw the lights the vixen disturbed by what she saw. The injured dragon and it's hatchling. As she approaches she sends a calm vibe saying she's not going to hurt them which made the hatchling stop growling. She examines the burns and notices that she's seen them before.

3 years earlier and an unknown underground facility.
The alarms were going off.
"What's going on!?" A scientist yells to a mercenary
"We have an escaped subject. She managed to overpower her guard and get a weapon." The merc answers. An explosion happen from across the bridge they're standing on.
"I told them it was too soon." The scientist whispers to himself as he runs to safety.
"She's coming this way! Go! Go! Go! Men shoot to kill if you have to! " the merc yells to his men.
They all get in battle ready positions. Guns aimed, fingers on their triggers,watching the cloud of smoke for the their target, pressure build as they watched for the subject to appear.
"Buzzzzz" lighting jumped across the floor shocking them to be stunned as a 13 year old vixen girl runs out with an axe guitar sends them flying with an energy slash. They scream as they fell down the seemingly bottomless trench.

She then sees an array of flashes coming from a safe area for the scientists and a flash of light steaming out away from her direction. She heads over to see what just happened and finds all of the scientists that were seeking safety were dying with a sunburn like injury. She didn't feel bad for them but it became clear that she wasn't the only one trying to escape. She than heard more mercenaries coming and quickly moves to try and stay ahead of them.

She looks at the dying dragoness feeling bad wondering what she could do as she can see her life force seep out of her body and somewhat feels that it's her faut that she's dying. She turns to the hatchling and lends down a hand. It flinches scared at first but calms down.
"You coming? " she asks gently
The hatchling climbs up her arm to her shoulder.
"I'll make sure your baby lives to see adulthood," she says to it's mother who smiles as she draws her last breath.

Now seeing her life force completely gone she respectfully closes her eyes and walks off with her new partner resting on her shoulders.
"Sorry about that... I'm... Hayley by the way it's not my real name but I like it better the one they gave. You?"
The hatchling is too young to talk but does understand her. It jumps off to a nearby rose bush and does a pointer breed like point and a little sniffing. Hayley gets it's.
"Actions speak louder than words Rose. Rose right?"
It nods in agreement. She picks Rose back up and heads toward her tree.

They watch the sunrise as Hayley pays an upbeat happy tone on her guitar to ease Rose out her sadness.
"I won't forget you. But I may forget your name. My lady.," she sings rubbing away Rose's bad feelings. As she packs up for nearby city Rose rests around her neck for the trip.
"Don't Rose she'll never be gone. Energy can't be created or destroyed, it just becomes something else and she became one with everything,"
It Rose a bit to think what it meant.
"Don't worry you'll see what I mean."Hayley ensures as they part to the city, ready for anything to come.
