Honestly? I use MSPaint x3; What I do is zoom into max magnification, use the pencil tool to do the basics and gradually fiddle with it, using the fill tool to do major changes. I'll do a tutorial sometime!

Oh, I thought it was like a gameboy sprite program or something. I look forward to a tutorial. ^^
