Bomtwas are a species that is born hairless, hornless, and lack of tusks. They start to develop them depending on their environment they are raised in, taking account the animals around, and shaping itself into something that can handle the climate. Similarities can happen between them, as they are a form of shapeshifter, though after they adjust to their living environment, they stop changing.

They’re born quadrupeds that can adapt to walking as bipeds depending on the environment situation.
