Kat is a citizen of Zone One however has the ability to go from Zone to Zone. She, like Dedan, has a device that allows her to teleport to multiple places (basically, she can go anywhere at any time).
She occasionally will lurk "Dead Zones" or can be found in another dimension on planet Earth(mostly) either choosing to help or to kill beings of Earth.

If on Earth, she will only 'hunt' either at night or during a bad day (Like either fog, cloudy, rainy, etc.)

As far as helping people, only people she finds worthy of being helped will obviously be helped.


She also generally wears a large coat that almost looks like a captains coat or something.
