I have reconstituted a desk which could be the one of a french lieutenant of the Armée de l'Air, somewhere in North Africa or in Europe.
Are on the photo:
- A dictionary german to french (1936), there are some annotations which were written by a french airman.
- An exemplar of the Journal de Roubaix of the 9th December 1941, in great title: "After the devastating aerials and maritimes attacks, the japanese troops have landed at the Philippines, at the British Malaysia and at Borneo"
- Two books for the identification of some aeroplanes distributed by the french ministry of the air from May 1940, the one on the top was titled "Book of foreign aeroplanes and seaplanes silhouettes" and the one under "Book of French aeroplanes and seaplanes silhouettes".
- A letter of a french woman in the french Algeria for her fiancé and a photo of this woman with written on it "All my love"
- A paper cutter with the portrait of Napoléon I on it
- A french military cap
- An epaulette of a lieutenant of the French Air Force
- The wing of the pilots
