I always try to respond to people :) Something I've done since forever, basically :b I used to try to give favs for favs, and visit everyone's galleries and such, but it got to be a bit too much work, taking too much time, but at the very least, I try to respond to people.
Yeah, my husband and I try to do P90X twice a year or so, it's kind of annoying and painful, but it's totally worth it :)

Woah, that's actually really cool! I mean i see all kinds of famous internet people (from gamers, to youtubers, to artists everywhere, i mean name it) and many don't respond to comments! I understand that giving fav for fav and visiting galleries and such would take a lot of time, espicially as you get more popular, I barely have enough time to respond to all my messages, pm's comments, emails, etc on all the websites i have accounts on, and add to that the fact that i am renovating my place and lookin for a new job!
I WOULD say that when I became as popular as you i'd do the same, but i've been saying that for years and it hasn't happened yet, and I doubt it will.
Yeah I have some cousins who do P90X, but I like to use nature as my gym; Trust me, if you start going climbing and mountian biking, you WILL get stronger, and you'll have a helluva lot of fun! (and no pain, no gain! If it hurts it's working and all that )

We like going hiking, but my husband is much better at it than I >_> He likes going off-trail and can go at quite a fast pace, plus is 6'4", while I'm 5'1", making getting over obstacles and up/down hills a good deal more challenging and just keeping up with his regular not-fast pace x_x I'd maybe do it more often if he'd be willing to do a bit tamer stuff XD
Haha, yeah, if you feel beat, you're probably doing something right. I have a friend who's trying to lose weight but has no gear, and I'm telling him, maybe you're not up for push-ups or lunges or jogging, but so long as your heart rate and breathing is up, you feel tired, and don't stop the second it gets hard, that's all you need to do. It might not be the most efficient workout, but your body is still working, and that's really what matters.
I actually really like the P90X motto - I was expecting the program to feel really intimidating, and while it's physically a good challenge, the attitude is very constructive and helpful. It's "Do your best, and forget the rest" :)

Yeah, hiking's fun, I have definitely gone some amazing places before on hikes, but I know what you mean with your husband being faster than you, i remember as a lil kid being twice as tired twice as fast as the rest of the family, which they could never figure out the reason for, until mt dad realized that I was hiking twice as far as the rest of the family because my legs were half the size! (I wondered why it took so long to figure out!)
That's what I live about mountianbiking and climbing thpugh, they tire me out, and and they're fun! that's what a workout SHOULD be to me, something that works you out hard, makes you sweat, and increases your heart rate, but is very fun and something that you consistently will WANT to do! Heck, I've established with my friends and family that i don't have to be asked IF i want to co MTB, climb, or some of the other things that I like to do, rather WHEN i want to! :)
Heh, to me that sounds kinda corny and canned, but to me, i personally like to say that anything that gets you goin and workin hard is something good to do; so if that's the P90X for you guys, I applaud you for that!
(also I know doing workouts with friends or otheers that you like helps as it make it much more pleasant to be doing it WITH somebody :))

Haha, I know it's corny, but it's kinda true. It's geared towards starting somewhere, anywhere, and working up from there, rather than just deciding "This is too hard" and giving up before you even try. Like, if you can't do a single chin-up, and the rest of the team is doing 20+ a set, they tell you how you can work up to being able to do just one chin-up, so you can still do it, and it'll literally take you from being able to do 0 chin-ups to being able to do like dozen a set :b I think that's pretty cool - like, especially as a female who typically have a lot less upper body strength to begin with, they make it feel okay if you can't do it right away, because they give you a way to work on being able to do it later. Just constantly reminding you that "Doing your best" is good enough can help, even if it's sorta trite XD
And yeah, having shorter legs than him is a big thing XD I can keep up with him walking normally, but when hiking off-trail, he can literally keep moving at the same speed as if he were just on a regular sidewalk, whereas I have to slow down, otherwise I'll trip or twist my ankle and stuff XD He seems to just know where/how to step, avoid tree wells and fallen trees that WILL break if you try to walk on them vs those that won't. So he can go along up and down hills and through wild underbrush at like a regular brisk walking pace, whereas I think I need a machete or something XD
