anyways

this is the main setting for my new comic idea
basically its set in a world with cats and dogs
the cats are more advanced and sophisticated and live in the large, clean city

while the dogs are sort of street scum living in run-down places, and can only enter the cat area of the city if they are serving a cat ... they are ruled by the cats

the cats being essentially a corrupt of government

but in the comic something will happen that begins to shift the balance of power


eh the story still needs work but i have the "world" nailed down rather nicely...more art work and what not to come for this story
