Having transferred to the PCA recently, Bruce is a very energetic (and somewhat hyperactive) soul who is looking forward to all the new challenges waiting for him. Don't let his cute looks or the fact that he's a freshman fool you into thinking he's not a worthy opponent, he's already shown himself to be a versatile fighter with plenty of promise.

Bruce ended up on Team Touge after a chance encounter with none other than Sally Russo. Well okay, it wasn't really a chance encounter. She'd had her eye on the bunnyboi for some time and decided that she had to have him for herself... after all, she was starting to get a little bored with Kevin and we all know how Lopunnies have that reputation, right?

After arranging a convenient excuse to bump into him (by stealing his wallet to give it back to him later that day), and after a good amount of sweet talking, flattery and a little strong-arming the guy, Sally finally convenced Bruce to walk out on the team he was currently on and join Touge. From what she told him, he thinks that being on a well-known team will bring him much greater opportunities for what he wants to achieve.

He really doesn't know what he's just gotten himself into.
