It'll be a level 3 campaign most likely, and you can go ahead and make you character now if you want. My only rule is that I don't want very much magic, it's based in something like a dieselpunk world where science is more expounded upon rather than sorcery. If you REALLY want a magic character though, just give me a decent reason as to why they know it seeing how impeccably rare they happen to be. Alchemist characters would be AWESOME though :D

Once i have good internet that i don't have to worry about going over a download cap(there are 3 people in the house using the net) thus kicking me off the net until following month i'd be more than happy to join a DnD game with you! I don't want to run into the problem of being offline for another 2 weeks messing up the campaign.
Plus i wouldn't know how to incorporate the steampunk genre in to my limited character creation knowledge. *cries*

LOL the last game of DnD i played with my buddies(before they all left....bastards! lol) we ended up in a room made of wood, soaked in very flammable liquid and one way across....a bridge with a flint golem on the other side guarding the exit. We ened up "bowling for golems" with the bodies from the fight we just walked away from to knock him over and run past! LOL

Well, it might take me a bit longer than I think to replan this campaign so we might be able to just wait until you're good to go (it's particularly detail/puzzle oriented and I'm probably one of the dms that give the most in terms of true role playing, I pretty much never give you any hints or linear storilines to follow :D but it's more fun and makes the players really think in terms of their characters... LOL BABBLING) Plus we'll only meet once a week so I wouldn't think you'd screw too much up :P I'll play your character or something lol
WELL we might have a couple beginners in this campaign as well anyway, and I'm good with almost any character so long as you have a decent reason for them to be whatever the hell they are :P they'll most likely fit into the campaign either way :3 Plus I'll give whoever joins a description of the world and everything so you can plan abouts that :B
