Well, I saw something like this the other night when I went outside to have a smoke. I decided to recreate it. Sadly, I don't have my scanner with me... so I sucked it up and completely did this entire picture in Photoshop.
This was an interesting project. I learned a lot about Photoshop, and certainly a lot about shading techniques in this.
Overall, I think that this came out pretty nice considering that I made this from scratch with a thumbwheel. :D
Anyway, basically, we have me standing outside in the night, looking up at the moon through the palm trees on a wonderful, tropically warm midnight here in Florida.
Working Time:
Photoshop Drawing/Coloring/Shading: 7 hours.
MS Photodraw Resizing/Stamping: 20 minutes.
Overall working Time: 7 hours, 20 mintues.

Heh... well that's Chicago. :P I hate it there... spent too many years near it to like it. Nice to visit I suppose, but beyond that... ehhh... I'd never live there or anywhere in the Midwest ever again.
About the only really good thing about visiting there again now is the fact that I still know all the streets and highways and know my way around... plus, it's always fun trying to pull Florida yellows and whip U-turns all the time. (We've got really long yellow lights down here :P and U-turns are legal)
I suppose my biggest thing is that I just like raising hell and the like. Last MFF I probably wound up running at least 12 red lights... fucking short ass yellows. :3
