Another little known fact: school employees that work all year long have mixed feelings about the start of school. We can get LOTS of things done when no one else is around, and we can get a REAL sense of accomplishment at the end of the summer... but without kids and other staff making messes, using equipment, sending mail, eating food, or otherwise just USIING stuff... things tend to start getting boring after two and a half months.
