I know well the meaning of this vent. And perhaps I may even be able to help you.
Nice art, though. It may not mean much, but, those who are under stress, or depressed? Some people are gifted to draw ten times more efficient when those feelings hang over them. A hinderance for yourself, but a boon for your artwork, they say.

Unfortunately, those masterpieces bring you back to that bad time whence you've drawn it, and though it looks good, the memory attached to it hurts.
However, all memories can be replaced, or rather, new memories can be implemented to replace the bad ones, from games, to movies, to even music and artwork.
