Its no fetish, some people have fursona that are dogs, or puppy and they love to wear a collar with a tag or a badge and theyre fursona name, same for the harness, some only wear them for fassion! to look cool 8D, yes it can be use in bed play, but not everybody do that :p its like clothing for their fursuit, to give him a little bit more personallity
