Hey, if it works, I say groovy! But like I said earlier, it might work fine in big cities where there is a concentrated population of homeless, but in smaller areas I don't believe it would be feasible. That said it would help a lot of people. :)

I suppose that might be true. Here in my county I guess I could see that happening if they built something for them in or close to San Luis Obispo, which is pretty much the center of the county.

Yes but people also don't want to feel they're being taken advantage of, and they want to improve their local environment more than the entire world. This is why people think far, FAR more is spent of foreign aid then actually is,a dollar not spent in 'merica seems like five.
