AS SOON as I saw the Meme Halloween Costume Contest on Ink Blazers, I just wanted to draw Meme in the Vampire Fetish Queen of Hearts dress. Actually I think deep down I have been wanting to draw the dress in some some way and was just looking for an excuse.
