I began writing about the world of Silmaria back in 1999. Amidst this I started what would become Welcome to Saurral Manor.
The Welcome to Saurral Manor series takes place within the world of Silmaria. Originally WtSM was intended to be a kid friendly follow-up to Silmaria. However much has changed as I've worked with friends to refine the series. So now I've sort of separated them so younger readers (4 to 8) can enjoy the jovial adventures of WtSM while those interested in knowing a little more as they grow older (8 to 12) can do so in Silmaria.
The aspect to really take away from this image is how Haposaurs are smaller than humans. On the left is Ducky (Meadows) Saurral. To the right is Lithium Devana.
Before my great eye explosion in 2012 I was amidst a weekly writing of the update to Silmaria. I hope to get back to this once I finish updating what you will see me working on for some time now which is the WtSM Finale / Movie City of Solitude.
It's amazing how much has changed in the past 15 years that I've been seriously writing. But I regret none of it since it all has made me a better author. Writing has always been my passion and it is one thing blindness can never take away from me.

Thank you. We all have gifts in which no disorder can ever take away. Mine is writing and creativity and I plan to continue doing it until my body goes into oblivion.
I hope you are always able to take heart in your talents. There is only one you who can deliver ideas in the way you do. It may seem a thankless task at times but it is truly worthwhile as sometimes those you touch are often too shy to share how you did make a difference in their lives by just being you. :)
