I know the feeling, her last skin was Tpa I believe and that was over a year or so ago. It seems though,
they just throw skins to champs they like, are going to nerf, very popular in the "meta" or getting a update.
There are lot's of great fan designs that can make great skins and people who are great enough to make there own mod skin.
Riot should just employ them so we have more skins for champions we like. Looks like I ranted again, sry...
