Exceptionally cute, my friend. The background gives a feel of a classic cartoon while Pinkie herself seems just so focused on the task at hand. Her eyes make it appear like she's really trying hard to work that pencil in her mouth. She's a pony on a mission and she wants to get whatever she's working at done fast.
