I was working on some other pics in-between commissions and such. I finally got around to this one after a while.
The idea for this one was from looking back at the previous commissions for
micman4202 that involved Panty and Stocking. In the pic, Panty and Stocking are, surprise surprise, fighting with Scanty and Kneesocks following their regression by a nanny ghost. Sadly for Chuck and Fastener, they're stuck with the troublesome tots.
