This was my personal favorite. It's an Anglerfish, a deep sea creature that's the stuff of pure nightmares in real life, and this fellow made a cool suit based on it! Even the "lure" lights up!
On the rarsuit scale, this is an 11. Right up there with Scabrous Vermicelli. I actually thought this was Scab's owner for a minute there. ;)
I regret never finding out who they were, just so I could tell them how awesome they are for making this.
