Than to go swimming in a toxic-waste dump lake. Not to mention skinny-dipping. Once his fur finishes growing in, he'll certainly enjoy going swimming a lot more.
Or, considering, y'know toxic waste, maybe he won't.
DO YOU LIEK MAI WATER. One day I will have custom-saved so many photoshop shortcuts, I will be able to spake unto it 'LO! Maketh me a TF-picture of great import, and verily, have a pretty background', and it will be done.
And I will see it, and still be unsatisfied.
Also, I've worked on my lineart. TELL ME IT'S PRETTY.
Edit - Did minor fixes.

Well done. It pleases me well. Toxic waste filled lakes - a major ecological problem in most cases, but in this case helping to restore an endangered species.
Maybe the EPA should get in on this by restoring the populations of endangered animals by using an animal species with too much population - humans!

I think the piece overall is really good.
I love the texturing of the character and the shading on the grass (and especially on the plants in the foreground).
I love the linework.
I will now start to say bad things.
What is that off in the distance? Clouds? The shading seems kind of funny. And the very sharp line between the sky and the top of the clouds disappears behind the grass.
How is it that the green goop on the barrel manages to totally cover the red color of the barrel, and the yellow markings of the biohazard label, but fails to cover up the black border of the label?
The texture on the water in the background looks good. But nearer the foreground, it starts to look less like water and more like a blue paper towel. (I think part of the problem may be the same sort of issue that the sock had in version 1 of the "greed" dragon pic... there are ripples drawn in the water, but the texture doesn't distort at all around those ripples.)
