Where are the boys?!
In what would be one of the many public shots of Chip, he is gleefully greeting the children that come towards him. He is giving a thumbs up from his anthromorphisized hand. (Yeah, if you do notice his feet, they are not hooves, and he is wearing shoes. Imagine the performer running in big hooves and falling... )
He would not jump over this railing-too high, of course-how it was constructed is was to make it harder for fans to storm the field and not injure themselves, or for anyone on the field to go up in the stands without using stairs.
