So some jerk convinced me that i needed to man up and post some writing >_>
I know my writing is not good, but it's something i enjoy doing. I appreciate critique however as that's how i get better. So be honest with your reviews, no buttering it up.
This is Gift Art from
scarredbeast and words cannot say how thankful I am.

I love the woods. Walking under the trees, the wind through my fur, it’s absolutely divine. Today though, I’m not just out for a stroll. I’m off to meet someone. Sniffing the air, I search for his scent. The breeze carries his distinct aroma from along the path towards a small clearing. I spot him resting under the lone tree in the glade, the sunlight shining on his muscular form. Without opening his eyes, his ears swivel in my direction and he smiles.
“About time, Buck. I was starting to think you weren’t coming.” He speaks in a soft tone, his voice a low tenor that resonates through the space between us.
“I’m always fashionably late, Alpha.” I say taking a seat next to the werewolf. I push my back against the tree trunk, taking care not to make contact with him. I look over and see the scars of battles the man next to me has fought. Some were earned, others were because he was just different. Yet he still manages to put on a smile and relax despite knowing what could await him.
“Besides,” I say as I move my gaze, “I wouldn’t miss this for the world.”
I hear some shuffling next to me as I feel a muscular arm work its way around me and pull me against his chest. I try, to no avail, to squirm away.
“You have no sense of personal space.” I complain as a second arm secures me against his body. My back to his front.
“Awww. Don’t be like that. It’s just a quick hug.” Alpha smirks as I give up my struggle.
“With you, the hug is never quick.” I frown, “Besides, I hate hugs.”
He loosens his grip enough for me to be more comfortable, but not enough to escape.
“But what if this is the last time we get to do this. Maybe tomorrow they will succeed in hunting me down and we will never see each other again.”
I knew that Alpha had enemies, though never seeing them myself. As a werefox it is much easier for me to remain inconspicuous, but between size and species difference, Alpha is constantly under threat of discovery. He would sometimes have to leave for maybe weeks at a time to cover trails and lead those hunting him away from those he cared about. Sometimes he would return with a new scar and a limp, but he always returned.
“Oh don’t be so dramatic.” I snort “You use that excuse every time. You’ll be back.” I begin to ease up, the rise and fall of his chest is soothing as his warm breath works its way over me. Closing my eyes, I relax, letting his arms wrap around me, keeping me secure. I begin to smile. His scent makes me feel safe as I begin to doze off. “You better come back.”

WHOA. Like, really, WHOOOOOOOOOOA. I'm speechless!
When you said you wrote something, I could never expect it to be so well done and so emotional. You've got some freaking serious skills! You just captured more than perfectly Alpha's personality (even better than me) and made the cutest and most emotional story ever in just a few lines. I'm so impressed by it that I could read everyday and everytime I do, I can easily picture the whole scene in my mind. You're awesome, Buck! Please keep writing stories, 'cause I'll get addicted to reading them
Can't say thank you enough for your effort, and if you allow me I'd love to edit my submission to add it there too!
