Originally the Guardian of Secret's duty was to keep the existence of the Glass Guardians a secret. But with more and more Guardians appearing, it became rather moot. So now Zia often travels on adventures around the around, neglecting her duties in the Valley. She often only comes back to hang out with Shou.
She does try to do her job though, often searching for lost artifacts of the creators of the Glass Guardians and knowledge they possess that could give too much power for a person to wield, in these cases she often takes or destroys the artifact and knowledge and keeping it locked away in her mind and able to recall with her eidetic memory.
She is often a very hyper active and fun loving person, carefree about her new life, body, and powers.
