So I wanted to sell off a premade character design just to help with funds for budgeting and I wanted to tackle something that I don't draw all that often. I actually really do love seals and sea lions but I just don't ever sit down to draw them for fun. XD So I figured I'd give a shot at an anthro one.

I took the route of many anthro aquatics like dolphins and whales and added a finned tail that matches a seal's fins. Fingers and toes are webbed as well to mimic flippers. I also thought I'd go for a female with a short haircut, cause it'd be a lot easier to swim without a lot of hair getting in your face all the time LOL. I dunno the hairstyle ended up reminding me of Paine from Final Fantasy. Oh wells *shrugs* X3

So anyways...
