it just expanded it from 1-10 to 1-20, songs like Max300 are level 15, Valkyrie Dimension is a level 18 and so on.
That song you linked has really obnoxious step-jumps and nonsensical cross-overs streams. I'm one of those silly people who stops having fun when the arrows stop making sense. both DDR and ITG do this in the later games. I played Utopia 11 today and hated it, yet I do Vertex and Energizer no problem

Well i'm sure you noticed that 10's in DDR were always inconsistent in their difficulty. Max300 is harder than Sakura yet paranoia survivor was harder than max300 but easier than max unlimited, then fascination max was brutal.
ITG suffers the same issues, Charlene is easier many other 11's. Walking on Fire (A stupid step chart) is way harder than other 10's like hands of time, I usually just go by the step-count, jump-count and song-length.
The machine at our local arcade has most of the DDR and ITG songs and about 4000 or so custom songs.
