It looks like our trainer friend from before got caught off guard by one of his
Pokemon, it seems the lucario wants to have some fun with his trainer by
making him wear a magic collar.
It was too late to remove it now as the collar had already started working its
magic. The human began to feel warm and...heavier...A flat color commission for
